Policies:  All estimates are valid for the written promotional period.  All other estimates are valid for 30 days from written estimate date.  House Wash, Roof Wash, and Gutter Cleaning prices are based on the total size of the home.  In Maryland, house wash prices generally range from $125 to $400, Roof Wash pricing generally range from $150 to $300, and Gutter Cleaning/restoration generally rages from $50 to $150.  Bundling services together reduces cost significantly.  Only work listed specifically in the estimate will be completed.  If the client if present, the client will be taken on a walkthrough to view all completed work that was listed on the estimate and payment for completed work will be due immediately afterwards.  Payment by the client is considered acknowledgement of satisfactory completion of cleaning services.  Cost mostly include labor, and the cost of products used so refunds are not given unless for extreme circumstances.  For further clarification of these policies, please contact MoCo House Wash by phone or online.  Privacy Policy:  MoCo House Wash doesn't share your information with anyone.
